Merzouga Loisirs offers excursions by Quad ; Buggy; 4x4 and Dromedaries. Whether with friends, family or as a couple, half-day or full-day, beginners or experienced, you will certainly find a course that suits you!   You will appreciate the visit of the oasis of Merzouga; the lake serji; the crossing of the dunes of erg chebbi and drive deep into the desert and met local Bedouin community and nomads from different tribes that keeps the secrets and the wisdom of the desert.   For those who are more stingy with sensations, you will appreciate the weirs on your way!

Cameltrekking

We  offer different excursions to the dunes (with or without camels), starting from Merzouga desert (Erg chebbi sand dunes) to discover the desert with options of overnight stay in standard or luxury nomads' tents. One day trek with camels (walk or ride) Whatever your dream, we can arrange it. Treks include all meals, desert bivouac with mattresses and bedding, camels!, and guide ;and For the more adventurous, camel treks of up to seven days' length may be arrange.

Explore your pilot skills during an initiation into a Quad  in the dunes of Merzouga; At the wheel of the all-terrain vehicle, you play adventurer during an unforgettable piloting course. On the advice of the instructor, you will discover the crossing techniques

Bivouac

A Berber Bivouac is an exceptional moment. Several varieties of entertainment, competitions ... are our proposals to create an atmosphere of real change of scenery and enthusiasm




Sand Boarding

Sandboarding is a boardsport and extreme sport similar to snowboarding that involves riding across or down a sand dune while standing on a board ; It is a fantastic adventurous activity while visiting Merzouga desert ! This activity  can be organised during your camel trip into the dunes ; Quad tour or any other Excursions.

Sand Bath
Sand bath is an ancient  Berber technical  to cure chronic diseases and   joints diseases, muscles and tendons. A week to ten days boost your immune system.
  For the preparation of a sand bath, just an experienced person supervises the operation by digging a hole to measure the size of the patient with a depth generally not exceeding 20 cm. the hole remains open for half an hour to absorb a good amount of heat.



Buggy Experience

Enjoy a buggy ride near Merzouga! in the Moroccan desert, you explore the 3 Ergs Sand dunes of erg chebbi, at the wheel of an all-terrain machine. This thrill ride is ideal for discovering the orannge desert landscapes in a different way; on off  roads, passage of natural obstacles and off-road discovery of regional sites

Whether you want to have fun on quad bikes, buggies, 4x4 or cameltrekking, we have it!  MerzougaDesert  – the cool way to explore Erg chebbi dunes! MerzougaDesert Rentals is located in Merzouga; have an  office in Ksarbicha hotel, so it’s easy to reach us no matter where you stay. We have a wide range of quadbikes,  off-road buggies,  4x4 and minibus. The rental day is 9:00 – 17:00 (for longer rentals you can keep the bikes overnight if you have safe parking.) License is required: for quads and buggies you will need a category for car (B in most countries). All quads and buggies are for Merzouga desert area only (40km radius). Bigger motorbikes can be taken further – please inform us and consult us before renting. Transfer within Merzouga can be arranged upon request ; we can provides professional services in airport transfers between (Marrakech , Errachidia,Ouarzazate,Fes) and Merzo
